 Born August 14, 1966 Halle berry one of the worlds most famous actor of her time was born and rasied in Cleveland, Ohio. Halle Maria Berry . The youngest daughter born to Jerome and Judith Berry , an interracial couple. Halle and her oldest sister heidi spent a few years living in the inner city. Until her farther  abandoned hes wife and two daughters. After her farther left the family moved  to the predominantly white Cleveland suburb of Bedford. Berry attened a all white school where she suffered discrimination abouty her race. Throughout high school the teen was a star student  holding positions of newspaper editor, class president, and head cheerleader. Berry atteded cleveland, cuyahoga communtiy college for broadcast journalism. However berry abandoned her idea of a career in news to be a entertainer. Moving chicago then New York to follow up modeling. Her break out role came when she play in jungle fever with  Samuel L. Jackson. The most famous and well film that Berry played in was Monster ball with Billy Bob Thornton. The role earned Berry a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Drama and the Academy Award for Leading Actress. Becoming the first  first African-American actress to win the Oscar. The awards Halle Berrys has won is Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture for Cloud Atlas in 2013, Actor of the Year - Female - Movies for Monster ball in 2001, and Best Actress for catwoman in 2005. One of the project that Ms. Berry has currently just finish was The Call which was shown in Theathers March 14, 2013. Halle Berry is one of the most greatest actress in my opinoin.
